Our Process
Planning
- Structure, Focus, Prepare and Identify
We start by developing a comprehensive understanding of the organization, the culture, business goals as well as job requirements. We define the objectives of the assignment and develop an ideal candidate profile. We develop a list of target candidates or companies where those candidates may currently be employed. We review this list with your leadership team to assure that any concerns about confidentiality or integrity are addressed. We never forget that we are acting as an ambassador for your business and brand.
Implementation - Contact, Motivate, and Evaluate
Potential candidates are thoroughly screened, their qualifications examined, past performance verified, strengths and weaknesses appraised and, where appropriate, motivation and personality analyzed. Throughout the search process, the client is kept informed on progress and findings. Brief profiles are generated during our fact-finding interviews to complement the candidate's resumes. These are presented to you with our recommendations on those who best meet the specifications. It is then arranged for candidates to come forward. After each session, feedback is obtained from all parties con cerned and interest levels on both sides are carefully monitored.
Aside from comprehensive candidate reports, market reaction
is constantly fed back to the client.
On-Boarding - Select, Offer and Consult
Both the client and the candidate can draw on our reservoir of knowledge in market compensation and benefits to discuss and structure a competitive and equitable package. Extensive and formal reference checks are undertaken to confirm candidate career achievements. After a successful candidate has started on the job, we maintain an ongoing dialogue with both the candidate and the client, to ensure a smooth integration into the organization and at the same time, achievement of performance goals.
